We hit the French Broad River for some rafting and explored a few local spots afterward. The room had two queen beds, super clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and out a breeze. Great location, perfect for what we needed.
One downside was the limited dining options around the hotel, which made it a bit challenging to find meals.

Clean and welcoming decor made my stay pleasant.
We found a cockroach in our room shortly after check-in, which made everyone uncomfortable. It was distressing to think about bringing home any bugs, so we had to take precautions with our bags. Additionally, the hotel did not meet our expectations considering the price we paid for the room.

Lack of elevators!!! Some rooms are located next to noisy hallways and vending machines!!! The outdated air conditioning units and rusty refrigerators could use some immediate attention!!!

Ideal choice for an overnight stay in Asheville with best value. The front desk staff was super nice and helped us move rooms when we found crumbs left behind. Make sure to check your room for any cleanliness issues upon arrival.

I really enjoyed the cozy queen room with comfy beds and appreciated the tasty breakfast options in the lobby. Plus, the seasonal outdoor pool was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring, and the sun terrace was perfect for soaking up some rays. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger, but it didn't ruin my stay overall! 😊

good location but showing age
The staff provided exceptional service, being incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, meeting our basic needs well.
The hotel is definitely showing its age, which may impact the overall feel.

The king room had a comfortable bed and was impressively clean. Make-up wipes in the bathroom were a nice touch. While the location was peaceful, it felt tucked away and lacked adequate safety features like a functional door latch. Additionally, breakfast offerings were sparse, mainly pre-packed items.
